What does “AI-native” actually mean?

An AI-native company doesn't use AI as one more tool: it's organised so that AI does the work by default, and humans decide, approve and arbitrate. Its information, procedures and tools are made readable and actionable by agents — so a task isn't “done with AI's help” any more, it's done by AI, and supervised.
