AI agency · Belgium
AI agency in Belgium: your repetitive work runs on its own.
Meridiem is a Belgian AI agency. Our office is in Waremme, in the province of Liège. We take one function of your company, the inbox, customer support, data entry, sales follow-up, and we make it run on AI agents. Someone on your side keeps control: they approve anything that commits the company, they decide.
The price is agreed before we start, as a fixed fee. Going live takes weeks. Data stays hosted in Europe and is never used to train a model. What we build belongs to you.

What an AI agency actually changes in an SME
Not a list of technologies. We start from a task that costs you time every week, and we make it go away.
What arrives by email
Triage, routing to the right person and drafted replies. At Gaasch Packaging, the managing director puts the saving at around one hour of manual work a day.
What brings business in
Spotting signals in your market, preparing outreach, writing public tender bids. Your salesperson keeps the decision and the send.
What gets retyped by hand
Typing a document into an ERP, ageing internal software, missing interfaces. The least visible part, and often the most expensive.
What your team needs to learn
Half a day on your own use cases and your own tools, not a general talk about artificial intelligence.
How we work
- 01
We look at your week
A first call, then an audit. We look for what repeats, what it costs, and what can genuinely be automated. What can't, we say so.
- 02
A scope and a price
A fixed fee agreed up front on a written scope. No hourly billing, so no budget drifting halfway through.
- 03
We build in weeks
Our own operations run on AI agents. That's what makes a short lead time possible, not a bigger team.
- 04
A preview phase
Before anything is touched, the system shows its decisions without acting on them. You correct the rules, then we switch it on.
- 05
The system is yours
It runs in your environment, on your accounts. You're not renting a black box.

Where we work: Wallonia, Brussels, Flanders
The office is in Waremme, between Liège and Hasselt. We work with companies across Belgium, and the same product also runs in the UK and Germany, at two companies of a client group.
The work is mostly remote: your tools are in the cloud, so are ours. The first audit, though, can happen on site, at your offices.

AI agency, self-serve tool or consultant: how to choose
All three exist and answer different needs. Here is the comparison as we present it to our clients.
| Self-serve tool | Classic agency or integrator | Meridiem | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | A tool, you assemble it | A project, built by consultants | A function that runs, built with you |
| How it's billed | A subscription, often cheap | Man-days | A fixed fee agreed up front |
| Time before it's useful | Immediate, if you know how | Months, at the team's pace | Weeks |
| When it doesn't work | Up to you to work out why | A change request | We fix it, within the agreed scope |
| Who it suits | A simple need, an in-house technical team | A large group with a project budget | An SME that wants a result, not a project site |
Frequently asked questions
- What does an AI agency actually do?
- It takes a repetitive task in your company and has it carried out by software agents, supervised by a human. In our case, concretely: inbox triage, drafted replies, typing documents into an ERP, sales intelligence, customer support. The outcome isn't one more tool to open in the morning, it's a task nobody has to do any more.
- How much does an AI project cost for a Belgian SME?
- The price depends on the scope, so it isn't published on the site. It is quoted as a fixed fee before we start, on a written scope. We don't bill by the hour: the budget doesn't move halfway through.
- How long before it's running?
- Weeks, not months. Our own operations run on AI agents, and that is what shortens the build. On the packaging group's email dispatcher, each company deployment took a few weeks.
- Where is our data hosted?
- In Europe, on Azure. Meridiem is a Microsoft Partner. Your data is not used to train any model, and each client gets a space isolated from the others.
- Do we have to change tools?
- No. The agents work inside yours: Outlook, Gmail, SharePoint, your ERP, your CRM. The team has nothing new to learn, they just find work already prepared.
- Does the AI decide on its own?
- No, and that's the rule of the model. Agents execute, a human approves anything that commits the company: a send, an order, a client decision. We apply that rule to ourselves first.
- Do you work outside the province of Liège?
- Yes. We work in Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders, and the same product runs for clients in the UK and Germany. The work is mostly remote; the first audit can take place on site.
