The context
In early 2024, ahead of the elections, the Mouvement Réformateur wanted its programme to be genuinely searchable — not a 200-page PDF nobody opens. No party in Europe had deployed a campaign AI yet.
The problem
A citizen wondering what a party proposes on housing, energy or pensions has no simple way to find out. And campaign teams spend their days answering the same questions, activists included.
What we built
Victor, a conversational assistant connected to the party's entire document base
Answers systematically grounded in official documents, never improvised
A public version for citizens, and an internal version for teams and activists
European infrastructure (Azure), sized for campaign traffic peaks
The result
More than 100,000 citizens queried Victor across 200+ topics, and 1,500 activists used it during the campaign. The national press covered the deployment — a European first. The party has worked with us ever since, and the internal assistant is still in production.
