Packaging & B2B distribution
One inbox dispatcher, three countries.
The same product triages and routes the mailboxes of three companies in one group, in Belgium, the UK and Germany.
- 3
- countries (BE, UK, DE)
- 4
- mailboxes handled
The context
A Belgian packaging distributor entrusted us with its info@ inbox: dozens of emails a day, all types mixed, that one person had to read and forward. The deployment held, ran, and the managing director spontaneously introduced us to two sister companies in the group — in the UK and Germany.
The problem
In B2B distribution, the inbox is the real switchboard: quote requests, orders, technical questions, complaints. Everything arrives mixed, and manual triage costs hours a day — with the risk of a request getting lost.
What we built
An agent that reads every email, classifies it and routes it per each company's own rules
A systematic preview phase: the agent shows its decisions without touching anything, the client validates
A multi-tenant platform: each company gets an isolated space and its own dashboard
Per-company deployment in a few weeks, on their own Microsoft 365 environment
The result
Three companies of the same group, in three countries, run the same product on their info@ and sales@ inboxes. The first has been in production for months. The third's sales cycle took a few weeks — because the previous one recommended us.
