A fifty-year-old estate agency, rebuilt with its own AI.

The website, the search visibility, an AI assistant plugged into the listings and a seller area: everything the agency shows and everything it sends, in one place.

The context

Wafina is the oldest estate agency in the Hesbaye region: a family firm based in Waremme for almost fifty years, eight trades under one roof — sales, lettings, private management, building management, valuations, life annuities, buyer's agent — and over a hundred client reviews. All of that existed in real life. Online, almost none of it showed: a dated website, where publishing a listing meant emailing a supplier and waiting.

The problem

In real estate, almost everything happens before the first call. The buyer searches alone, in the evening, between two listings they can't tell apart, and nobody answers their question — they close the tab. The seller, meanwhile, emails to ask for the sale agreement, the energy certificate or the offer received, and every request keeps someone at the agency busy.

What we built

01

A complete website: buy, rent, get a valuation, one page per trade, one page per property with photos, energy rating and reference

02

A listings back office the agency runs itself — publish, edit, mark under offer, without calling us

03

An AI assistant plugged into the listings database: it answers about the agency and its trades, finds a property from criteria given in plain language, and recommends others

04

The same assistant on every property page, where it answers about that specific property — surface, energy rating, charges, neighbourhood

05

A seller area: the agency drops the documents of a sale there, the owner finds them by logging in, with nothing to ask for twice

06

Search visibility built into the site rather than bolted on: structure, trade pages, indexable listings, an advice journal, structured data

The result

The agency publishes its own listings, in two clicks. The assistant works when the agency is closed — evenings are when people look for a flat, and it answers from the listings database: a status changes, and both the site and the answers follow within a second. Sellers log in instead of writing. On the visibility side, the site opened with 56 pages ready to be indexed, 23 of them property pages each carrying its own title, description, share image and structured data — while the seller area is closed to search engines. The home page renders in 300 milliseconds. What had existed for fifty years in the Waremme offices is finally visible online, and worked on every week.

What we delivered

Property search from the first screen, with the assistant available at the bottom of every page.

On a property page, the assistant answers about that property: “Ask a question about this listing.”

The seller area: the documents of a sale, uploaded by the agency, retrieved by the owner.
