AI Voicemail

An AI voicemail that actually answers your calls.

When nobody can pick up, a voice agent takes the call, answers naturally, notes the message or books the appointment, and transfers what matters. Day, night, weekend.

What exactly is an AI voicemail?

An AI voicemail is a voice agent that picks up for you when the line rings out. It speaks naturally, understands the request, answers common questions, books an appointment in your calendar or takes the message — and immediately transfers whatever you defined as urgent. Unlike voicemail, the caller gets an answer, not a beep. And unlike a keypad phone menu, there's nothing to dial: callers simply speak, as they would to a person.

What unanswered calls actually cost

A missed call is often a customer dialling the next competitor. And nobody can pick up permanently — especially not a small team already out on site.

01

The phone rings during a job, a meeting or on site. Nobody can answer.

02

Evening and weekend calls hit a voicemail few people bother using.

03

The same questions come back: opening hours, address, lead time, availability, ballpark price.

04

Voice messages get replayed the next day — sometimes two days later.

05

At peak times several people call at once: the second one gets a busy tone.

06

A customer calls in Dutch or English, and whoever picks up can't follow.

What we set up for your phone reception

  1. 01

    The line rings

After the number of rings you choose, the agent picks up for you.

  2. 02

    It understands the request

A natural conversation, in the caller's language. No keypad menu.

  3. 03

It looks it up in your own data

Hours, lead times, availability, procedures: it answers from your own information, not from the web.

  4. 04

    It acts

An answer, an appointment in your calendar, or a structured message depending on the case.

  5. 05

    It sorts urgency

Whatever you defined as urgent goes straight to a human.

  6. 06

    You get the summary

Who called, why, what was said and what's left to do — by email.

A night of calls, handled by the agent

  1. 18:30

    Closing time

The team leaves. The line stays open: the agent takes over with no number change.

  2. 19:05

    Three calls at once

Nobody gets a busy tone: the agent holds all three conversations in parallel, each in its own language.

  3. 22:14

    An appointment gets booked

The agent offers a free slot in your calendar, confirms it, and sends the confirmation.

  4. 01:37

    An emergency is transferredyou

The case matches your emergency rules: call switched to the on-call number, notification sent.

  5. 07:30

    Your morning review

Every call from the night is in your inbox, summarised and sorted. Nothing to replay.

Your data stays in Europe, and it stays yours.

All our guarantees

Everything runs on servers located in Europe (Microsoft Azure). Your data does not leave the EU.

Each client gets an isolated space. GDPR compliant, and you stay the owner of your data and of the code delivered.

Your data is never used to train a model — neither ours nor anyone else's.

No binding action — an email sent, a write to your ERP — goes out without a human validating it.

How we work

Fixed price, not per minute
The price is announced before we start and doesn't move along the way. It doesn't depend on how many calls come in: a busy month doesn't cost you more.
Live in one to three weeks
Quote within 24 hours after a 30-minute conversation. We start by listening to your real calls — that's what separates a useful agent from yet another phone menu.
Your scenarios stay yours
Call scenarios, answers and recordings are yours, hosted in Europe. If you leave, you leave with them.

Frequently asked

The call comes in on your usual line and switches to the agent after the number of rings you choose. What the caller says is transcribed live; a language model understands the request and decides what to do based on YOUR information (hours, lead times, procedures, calendar); the answer is spoken by a synthetic voice. Then the agent acts: it takes a note, books a slot, or transfers. No keypad menu, no rigid script — it's a conversation.

The agent introduces itself honestly and speaks naturally. The goal isn't to fool your customers — it's that they get helped instead of hitting voicemail.

Voicemail records: the caller talks into the void and waits for your call back. A keypad menu routes: "press 1 for…", and your request has to fit a predefined box. An AI voicemail answers: it understands a normal sentence, looks the information up in your own systems, and closes the matter when it can — an appointment booked, a question settled, an emergency transferred.

No: the agent takes over when you don't pick up, like voicemail — except it actually answers. Your number, your operator, nothing to announce to your customers.

You define which cases must be transferred to a human immediately — the agent applies the rule, on every call.

It doesn't guess. When a request falls outside what it can handle, it says so, offers to transfer to a human if someone is reachable, and otherwise takes a structured message that reaches you with the recording or transcript. An agent that invents an answer costs more than one that hands over: that's the rule we give it.

Yes — it's the most common use. The agent reads your calendar availability (Outlook or Google), offers a slot, confirms it and sends the confirmation. You can block certain time ranges or certain appointment types.

Yes, and it's one of the most concrete differences with a person on the switchboard: there is no busy line. At peak times the tenth caller is served like the first, each in their own language.

French, Dutch, English, German and most European languages — it switches to the caller's. In Belgium that's often the deciding factor.

You decide: full recording, transcript only, or just a summary. Callers are informed when the agent picks up. Everything is hosted in Europe, isolated per client, and nothing is used to train a model. You also set the retention period.

There are free tools to generate a greeting with a synthetic voice, and many vendors offer a few trial minutes. But an agent that genuinely picks up burns telephony minutes and model time on every single call: nobody can make that durably free. So the real question isn't free versus paid — it's what a missed call costs you, against what an always-on answering service costs.

A fixed price, announced after a 30-minute conversation and not revised along the way — not per call minute, unlike most offers on the market: a busy month doesn't cost you more. It depends on the number of call scenarios, the languages and the tools to connect (calendar, CRM). Quote within 24 hours, no commitment.

One to three weeks depending on the number of scenarios. We start by listening to your real calls: that's what separates a useful agent from yet another phone menu.

Businesses whose phone rings while the team is elsewhere, and where a missed call turns into a lost customer: property managers and estate agencies (tenant emergencies, viewings), construction firms and trades on site, professional practices, retailers and service SMEs. The common factor isn't the industry — it's a high volume of short, repetitive calls mixed with a few that can't wait.
