Can an ERP be rebuilt in pieces?
That's the rule. We start with the module costing the most time today, put it into production, and the old ERP keeps running alongside. The switchover happens module by module.
Our vendor is gone. Is that workable?
That's the most common case, and the most urgent: software nobody maintains becomes a risk. We first secure the existing database, then rebuild feature by feature.
What about statutory accounting?
Whatever falls under accounting and tax obligations stays in the tool that carries them: we rebuild the operational side around it and connect the two. The scope is settled in the specification.
